Having traced the historical deconstruction of the bifurcated worldview in Chapter 1, this chapter introduces the first and most fundamental engine of the Ontogony framework: the Genesis Engine. We present the Ontogenetic Circuit not as a theoretical abstraction, but as a formal, operational logic for how genuine novelty erupts into the world. Using the paradigm-shifting emergence of photosynthesis as our central case study, we will walk through the circuit's four phases—Metastable Field (F), Disparation (Δ), Transduction Type-A (T–A), and the co-constitution of a Relative Individual and Associated Milieu (R/M). This analysis demonstrates how Ontogony addresses the Hard Problem of Ontogenesis, replacing the "bl
